In Mortal Kombat 1, Invasion Mode is a single player game mode that sees you take on challenges on an almost board game-like map to unlock skins and other content. However, to progress through the Invasion trail, you’ll need to solve some Klues and then defeat enemies in a certain way to continue.

Mortal Kombat 1’s Invasion Mode is the way to access the game’s seasonal content. Unlike games that might work on microtransactions or a battle pass, Mortal Kombat 1 places its content in an unlockable path.
