Call of Duty: WarzoneSeason 4 first introduced the Vondel map, serving as the primary operational base for thePhalanx faction. If you’ve been playing this map since it dropped, you probably know your way around pretty well.
But let’s face it: finding dead drops can be a bit challenging as they are not specifically marked on your Tac map. And almost everyDMZmission requires you to collect or drop off stuff at these dead drops, so it’s crucial to know where they are.
Here are all the Vondel dead drop locations inCall of Duty: Warzone.
The Vondel Zoo dead drop is one of the most commonly used and is located in the Zoo POI in the southern region of theDMZ Warzonemap. You’ll encounter this dead drop in missions likeGo for a DriveandLong Distance. Look for a large building in the middle section of the area. Behind this building, you’ll find a dumpster, which is the dead drop in question. Take a look at the map above for a visual reference.
The dumpster will be near the employee entrance, next to a ladder. However, be on the lookout for any NPC enemies, as they tend to linger around this area.
Moving on to the next one on our list – the Fire Dept. dead drop inDMZ Warzone. You can find this one in the northern part of the Fire Dept. POI, which is situated in the far west of the map. This dead drop is located on the outskirts, so you won’t have to worry about encountering too many enemy players.
To narrow down its location, look for artwork on the brick walls featuring a crowned bird and ocean waves.
Here’s an interesting one —Warzone DMZ’sGraveyard/Phalanx dead drop location. This particular spot is often referred to as the Phalanx dead drop, as it’s frequently used by the Phalanx faction to collect important documents or weapons. You’ll find it southeast of the Castle POI and north of the Graveyard POI.
Go toward the riverside to locate the dumpster, which often spawns near the Exfil for a quick getaway. The water also makes for a great cover if there are enemies nearby.
Let’s move on to theWarzone DMZUniversity dead drop, located within the University POI on the map. Just like the previous one, this dead drop is also known as the Phalanx dead drop for the same reasons. It plays a significant role in missions likeBreaking the BunkerandSpetsnaz Exposed. The dead drop will be on the side of a gas station, so you’re more than welcome to loot the store for some valuables.
The final area ofWarzone DMZ, the Museum dead drop, can be found on the southeastern region of the map. Specifically, it’s situated between the Police Station and Exhibit POI. You can refer to the map above for the exact location.
Since the dead drop is inside a parking garage, it provides the most cover out of all the other locations. Plus, there are plenty of hiding spots inside just in case you get on someone’s bad side.
