Here are the Apex Season 22 Patch Notes.
Full details are here ahead of Season 22 of Apex Legends. We’ve gathered everything changing in Apex Season 22 into a set of patch notes.
Apex Season 22 Patch Notes
New Map: E-District
The first new map to come to Apex Legends since 2022 will be E-District. This is an intense, close quarters city based map. Developers have taken inspiration from eastern countries like Japan to build out POI’s on this map. District has been long rumoured in Apex Legends, and this is sure to be a huge shakeup to the Apex Games.
As always, a new map brings new features. E-District introduces ‘Gravity Launchers’, which act as mini Gravity Cannons and give you a new way to move around the map or reach high places.

E-District comes to Apex Legends in Season 22.
Tom Bull
This is an incredibly dense map. For lore lovers, there are call backs and easter eggs galore. Devs ask “if you aren’t busy getting shot at, please please look around”.
Apex Season 22 Patch Notes: Aim Assist Changes
The Apex Season 22 Patch Notes finally brings a change to Aim Assist. This adjustment will apply to controller players on PC. Console only lobbies will be unaffected.
The reduction will be about 25%. Devs hope this will help balance the playing field.

You’re reading this correctly, Aim Assist is getting nerfed in Season 22.
New revival mechanic
Season 22 will introduce a new Revival mechanic for standard matches. When a player dies, a respawn timer kicks in. As long as someone on your team is alive, when the timer hits 0, that player will respawn near the team.
There are ways to reduce the timer too, dealing damage and getting knocks mean less time to wait before you’re back at full strength.

This feature shuts off in the final rings, increasing the intensity of the final moments in a match. Developers want to help encourage players to be more aggressive, take risks and still have a chance to make a comeback.
Apex adds Bot Royale mode in Season 22
A new Bot Royale mode will give players a safe place to practice in Apex Legends Season 22.
Battle Sense
Battle Sense, that first debuted in Solos, rolls out to the entire game. The features will be as follows:
Better Ammo Awareness & Feedback
Enemy Health Bars
When damaging an enemy, players are now shown the enemy’s Armor and Health state. This Health Bar is only active for a brief time after dealing damage and then fades away. Health Bars, like Enemy Highlights require direct line of sight.
Enemy Highlight
Enemy players will now be highlighted with a red outline similar to how allies are highlighted with a blue one. The highlight is most prominent at close ranges and the intensity fades as targets get farther away. Enemy Highlights require direct line of sight (you can breathe now, Bangalore mains).
Both Enemy Health Bars and Enemy Highlights can be toggled on/off in Settings.

Bin Refreshes
Loot Bins are getting a change in the Apex Season 22 Patch Notes too. Mid way through the game all loot bins will be re-rolled and closed up, giving you a second chance to loot a POI.
There will also be two new types of Loot Bin. A Gold Loot Bin, spawning rare items and a Mythic Loot Bin. Only one of these will spawn per game, and it will be marked on the map for all players. Immense rewards await for the first team to claim it.

Vantage
Wattson
Two Legend Classes are also getting a big adjustment. The Recon and Controller class might be popular in the ALGS, but are hardly used in Ranked and Pubs.
Weapons
There are a range of changes coming to weapons in the Apex Season 22 Patch Notes.
Akimbo
Dual wield two P2020s or two Mozambiques this season by finding and interacting with a second P2020 or Mozambique to automatically enter Akimbo mode.
