“We really wanted to have an unregrettable and really good match today,” Kingen said. “So I’m really glad that we’re able to have such a good performance.” He then acknowledged that all five games against T1 lasted over 30 minutes, which made the match all the more intense.

Kingen also shared his thoughts about leaving the Rumble pick open in the matchup. “I think we just left the Rumble pick open because we thought — even if it’s like a really big meta pick, there is a chance that the opponent might not have enough experience or practice time with the pick,” he said. “So I think we really prioritized just securing the Ziggs on our side.”

Kim “Aiming” Ha-ram talked about the champion as well since he played Ziggs four games in a row before swapping to Miss Fortune in Game 5 in the bot matchup.
