Thank goodness

Good news everyone!

F-Zerois coming to the Wii U eShop for 30 centsthis week, but not everyone was that excited — particularly our friends in the PAL regions.

Specifically, I’m referring to the fact that Europeans gotthat crummier 50Hz version ofBalloon Fight. People were worried that Nintendo would keep doing that for subsequent releases, and rightfully so. Well, it appears as ifNintendo has ditched this idea(at least this time) andF-Zerowill be running at the full proper 60Hz rate, internationally.

One really cool unintended consequence that a few European Wii U owners have pointed out is that the Miiverse community forF-Zerowon’t be filled with spam asking for a 60Hz version of the game, like they were forBalloon Fight.
