HoK Championship 2024 will take place in Indonesia in October. Here’s all the key info about the massive upcoming event.
TheHonor of Kings (HoK) Championship 2024is just around the corner, with teams worldwide securing their spots for the pinnacle of HoK esports.
The HoK Championship 2024 is the fourth HoK global tournament of the year, following the HoK Invitational Season 1 and 2, as well as theHoK Invitational Midseason 2024(in collaboration withEWC 2024), which were held earlier this year in Istanbul, Kuala Lumpur, and Riyadh, respectively.

These are sixteen teams qualifying for the tournament through Regional Qualifiers or Regional Play-In:
The tournament was also supposed to feature theKPL Dream Teamas the champion of HoK Invitational Midseason 2024, but due to both HoK Championship 2024 and KPL Grand Finals taking place in the same month, the team decided to voluntarily give up their slot in the former tournament,
HoK Championship 2024 format and prize pool
The HoK Championship 2024 features a total prize pool of USD 1,000,000 that will be allocated to all participating teams based on their final rankings, with the detailed distribution being announced soon.
HoK Global Esports has yet to announce the format of the whole tournament, but looking at the previous tournaments, we could expect at least two stages: Group Stage and Knockout Stage. The Group Stage will feature all sixteen teams divided into two or four groups, with the top-ranking teams going to the Knockout Stage.
At the Knockout Stages, teams will be randomly drawn into pairings, while taking into consideration that Group winners and Teams from the same group do not face each other in the Quarterfinals. While previous tournaments adopted the Single Elimination Bo5, there are chance we might see a Double Elimination Bo5 in this tournament.

Fans worldwide can also watch the tournament online, as it is being streamed on various streaming sites including YouTube, Twitch, Facebook Live, and possibly Chinese platforms like Douyu, Huya, and Bilibili.
