Here’s everything to know about the Genshin Impact x McDonald’s collaboration!
Get your Genshin Impact x McDonald’s code
There are a few things to note for this collaboration.
It’s also important to know thatonly one code will be sent per order. This means thatif you want two codes, you need to order twice.
The two collaboration items are the “Genshin Impact Apple Pie” and “Genshin Impact Meal: Deluxe McCrispy.” Other items, including the non-Genshin Impact version of the meal, will not net you the code. These items can be found in a dedicated section named “Genshin Impact Meal” on the McDonald’s app.

The collaboration is only available in select participating McDonald’s branches across the U.S.

Redeeming the Genshin Impact x McDonald’s collab rewards
If everything goes smoothly, the code should be sent to the email linked to your McDonald’s account with the subject line “got ur Genshin Impact rewards.” Emails may take a while to enter your inbox — many players report taking about 20 minutes on average while the official McDonald’s site advises you to wait for 24 hours.
To ensure you receive it, you can either search your email with the above subject line. Check your spam folder, too.

I didn’t get my Genshin Impact x McDonald’s collab code!
If you did everything correctly and waited 24 hours, but still got no code, it’s time to call in.
Reach out to McDonald’s customer service at +1(800) 244-6227. They may ask for your information, including your account name, the branch you ordered from, and the email linked to your account. Customer service representatives will never ask for your passwords. Expect a long wait time since demands are understandably high during this collaboration.
They will make a ticket for your case and hopefully get you your code.
