I’m not quite sure whenThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wildwill stop surprising me.
It’s been over two years, and still I’m uncovering things I’ve never seen. But I’m not talking about some esoteric beatdown strategy here: this time, it’s a minigame that a lot of you have widely played, but I’ve never actually experienced for myself. I’m sure that at some point in the past few years I’ve seen this minigame with a fleeting glance, and forgot it exists. But try as I might, I actually can’t recall it.
Yes, a footrace minigame,a classic Nintendo staple, is present inBreath of the Wild.As Sand_Consumer catalogs on Reddit, they nearly managed to snag a world record as they nonchalantly posted their footrace attempt: oblivious to the fact that so many people (myself included) were in awe that this act was even in the game.
