The M6 World Championship is the second MLBB global tournament of the year, and the most prestigious one, following the MLBB Mid Season Cup (MSC) 2024 held earlier this year in Riyadh.

M6 World Championship teams

Twenty-three teams are participating in the tournament — eight teams qualifying for the Wildcard and fifteen teams go straight to the Swiss Stage. Below is the list of all participating teams:

M6 World Championship format and prize pool

Wildcard Stage

Eight Wildcard teams will randomly be drawn into two groups at the earlier phase of the tournament. Each team will play Round Robin Best-of-three (Bo3) matches, with the Top 1 team from each group advancing to the Best-of-five (Bo5) Decider Stage to fight for 1 spot in the Swiss Stage.

Swiss Stage

At the Swiss Stage, Sixteen teams will be randomly drawn with each other to fight from Round 1 to Round 5.

Knockout Stage

Eight qualifying teams will play a Double-elimination Best-of-5 (Bo5) format. Winning teams will advance through the Upper Bracket while losing teams have to drop to the Lower Bracket.

Teams that lose in the Upper Bracket will drop to the Lower Bracket, while teams that lose in the Lower Bracket are to be eliminated.
