NowMario Kart 8 Deluxehas released a new trailer revealing that the Booster Course Pack’s Wave 5 DLC arrives on July 12. Nintendo announcednewMario Kart 8 Deluxecharactersin the June Direct, with Wiggler, Kamek, and Petey Piranha making their debut. The latest trailer reveals the tracks players can look forward to in Wave 5. One of the tracks is the Squeaky Clean Sprint, which Nintendo introduced at the June Direct. The other tracks are Athens Dash (Mario Kart Tour), Daisy Cruiser (Mario Kart: Double Dash!!), Moonview Highway (Mario Kart Wii), Los Angeles Lap (Mario Kart Tour), Sunset Wilds (Mario Kart Super Circuit), Koopa Cape (Mario Kart Wii), and Vancouver Velocity (Mario Kart Tour).

The Booster Course Pack is aMario Kart 8 Deluxeexpansion that adds 12 cups, and 48 additional tracks, increasing the number of tracks available in the game to 96. In all, Nintendo plans six DLCs for the game, bringing tracks that mostly consist of remasters of tracks from otherMario Kartgames. Since Wave 4 the Booster Course Pack has added new characters to the game as well, withBirdo joiningMario Kart 8 Deluxeas part of Wave 4.
