A new hotfix patch just went live forOverwatch 2Stadium, aiming at balancing some heroes to bring them in line with the rest of the current roster.
The largest changes in this patch are for D.Va, who has been a notorious underperformer in the new mode, especially as Zarya has dominated in the early goings when it comes to tank play in the new five-vs-five competitive mode.

To help D.Va, Blizzard Entertainment says it’s “adding some synergy with Defense Matrix Powers/Items when using it to mitigate Beam damage,” and supplying “some power to some of the builds that utilize her main defensive tool, Defense Matrix, in hopes to allow them to have a bit more flexibility and apply more pressure in team fights.”
Alongside D.Va’s buffs, there are nerfs for Lúcio, and changes for five other heroes already live in-game. Read on below for the full list of patch notes from Blizzard in the May 8OW2Stadium hotfix patch.
