In order to decide which game released for the Switch this year has the best icon, fans have started a vote. On the website Switch Icon Showdown, fans are given two icons of Switch titles and need to click on the one they find more appealing.

The icons available for picking aren’t limited to first-party or second-partyNintendotitles. Every game available on the platform is available for vote. These votes aren’t meant to reflect the quality of the games and are only meant to judge the artwork that previews them.

Many of these games are very popular already, with dedicated fanbases behind them, such as withAnimal Crossing: New HorizonsandDoom Eternal. They, however, do not compare withDarksiders Genesis, which has a current score of 102. Since every time an icon loses a vote battle, it loses a point, this means thatDarksiders Genesishas come out on top many times as of this writing.
