This is part of theconsistent viewership incentivesfor Overwatch Esports. After claiming the reward, it should reflect in your in-game account within 72 hours.
Official Overwatch Esports channels will have the drop activated. To double-check, this will appear as a drop-down message overlaid on the chat box. You can check your progress for each drop by heading to Account > Drops.
