As seen in the announcement trailer below forPokemon Crystalcoming to the Nintendo 3DS eShop, fans will be able to visit the Johto region to experience the title’s rather unique story involving the Legendary Beast Suicune. Not to mention, the game will also give players the ability to battle and trade creatures with the use of a local wireless network.
In addition to Link Trades and Link Battles,Pokemon Crystalfor Nintendo 3DS will also implement the Time Capsule feature, which allows fans to trade and battle monsters fromPokemon Blue,Red, andYellow: Special Pikachu Edition. Furthermore, it will also be compatible with thePokemon Bankat launch, and will provide players with the opportunity to encounter the Mythical Pokemon Celebi in an event once the game’s completed.
Similar toPokemon GoldandSilver’s availability on the Nintendo 3DS eShop,Pokemon Crystalwill set fans back $10 should they decide to give the retro title a go on the company’s most up-to-date handheld hardware.
