Microsoft’s Xbox LIVE man Major Nelson recentlywrote a short blog, revealing to all that the next two games to grace Xbox LIVE Arcade areSonic & Knucklesand Wallace and Gromit: Episode 2. Both titles are slated to hit this Wednesday.
TheSonictitle will debut at 400 Microsoft Points. Dubbed a “Console Classic,” this title originally appeared in North America in October 1994 for the Sega Genesis. It stars — who would have guessed — Sonic and the red wrecking machine Knuckles. The title features the same 2D stuff (likeContra: Rebirth) that Sonic players, for whatever reason, seem to enjoy.Wallace and Gromit: Episode 2is the continuation of the Telltale Games’ series. It carries a price tag of 800 Microsoft Banana Dollars.
