The TFT Cyber City Tactician’s Crown action will kick off this weekend.

The top players for the Teamfight Tactics (TFT) Cyber City Tactician’s Crown event have been determined, and Riot Games just revealed more information about the tournament itself. Read on for all of the latest details, including the TFT Set 14 Tactician’s Crown schedule, format, and, of course, competitors.

Who will rule Cyber City in TFT? Between July 11 to July 13, a total of 40 players from various regions will duke it out for the lion’s share of the $470,000 total prize pool. The official broadcast will go live at 4 a.m. PT each day onRiot Games' platform. Those who wish to catch all of the esports action onTwitchwill also be eligible for a chance at some free emotes!

Day 1 of the tournament will split these players into five starting lobbies. After six games, only 32 players will advance further into the competition. Day 2 will then feature four rounds in total, and the top four players with the most points across Days 1 and 2 will head to the TFT Cyber City Tactician’s Crown Grand Final. Like always, this stage of the tournament will embrace the checkmate format. This means whoever earns 20 points first and then secures first-place finish will become the Cyber City champion.

Of the 40 players, 11 of them will be from the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region while 10 will represent China. The Americas (AMER), which covers both North and South America, will feature 10 players as well. As for the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, it will round out the lineup with nine competitors.
