Fortnite just confirmed that Dark Voyager is returning in OG Season 3 — but with a twist.
Some play Fortnite for the new updates. Some play Fortnite for Zero Build. Others may play the game strictly for all the unique maps in Creative. However, quite a few folks play Fortnite for the OG seasons. The popular battle royale just shared a teaser for OG Fortnite Season 3, giving us a look at what will be included in the Battle Pass, including the infamous Dark Voyager. If you played Fortnite during the days of Chapter 1, you would know that Chapter 1 Season 3 is heavily regarded as one of the greatest Fortnite seasons of all time. This is because this was the first time the game really began to implement a storyline and unique updates around the map.
The game also ramped up its design skills, as itsBattle Passbecame an instant hit. We had the Dark Voyager, which became a fan favorite amongst many, but we also had The Reaper, a skin that looked identical to John Wick.
Well, Fortnite gave us our first teaser of Season 3, and it is exciting.
Fortnite drops its first OG Season 3 teaser
In a photo, Fortnite revealed some title art for OG Season 3. The photo shows what looks to be a new variation of Dark Voyager flying downwards onto the Fortnite island. How do we know this? Fortnite made sure to include the reflection of the infamous Season 3 map in the Dark Voyager’s helmet.
We can see Tilted, Salty Springs, and many other famous locations that helped make Season 3 so special to all the OG Fortnite players.
OG Season 3 will certainly be one of the best, as fans everywhere are incredibly excited.

The Dark Voyager returns
A favorite skin amongst many Fortnite gamers is the Dark Voyager. This skin showcased some sort of astronaut but with a sleek design. The skin consisted of a black space suit, with glowing orange lines pulsating across it.
When the skin was first released in Chapter 1 Season 3 Battle Pass, fans went wild. In fact, many still use this skin, not only because it shows they are an OG, but simply because it looks awesome.
In Fortnite’s newest teaser, which says “Brace for Impact,” we see a new version of Dark Voyager. This Dark Voyager, however, is not wearing his famous space suit. Instead, we see a leather jacket, giving him that greaser look from the 1960s.
OG Fortnite loves to give fans different versions of old skins, and the new Dark Voyager seems to be no exception.
When does OG Fortnite Season 3 release?
OG Fortnite Season 3 is almost here. The upcoming OG season is set to be released on June 21, 2025, with many favorites returning to the island, including popular skins, locations and meteor fragments.
