Here is what November 2024 has in store in Pokémon GO.
November 2024 has looks set to be a truly amazing month in Pokémon GO. We have the return of two of the very best and most desirable Pokémon in the game, Origin Form Dialga and Palkia. Even better is that these Pokémon will have their special Adventure Effect moves. That isn’t all, we get several other special Raid Hours, new Max Mondays and Regieleki appearing in standard Raids for the first time.
So, what should you be looking out for in Pokémon GO in November 2024?
Pokémon GO November 2024 events
October 2024 will see a wide array of Pokémon GO events. Here are the dates for your calendars this month:
Get ready for the Wild Area event in Pokémon GO.

November 2024 brings several exciting Pokémon GO events. We’ve got the Pokémon GO Community Day for Mankey as well as the brand new in-person and Global event, Wild Area. This is an event in the vein of Pokémon GO Fest and the GO Tour. Absolutely try and clear some time that weekend to get out and play!
We are also getting the return of the Harvest Festival which debuts Shiny Smoliv, and then a brand new season-ending event called Max Out: Finale. A lot of new content has been delivered this season so expect to see a bit of a recap during this event.
November 2024 Max Battles
November 2024 gives us moreMax Battles. These will run from all month long. The following Pokémon will be in Max Battles:
This month will also see the first everMax Monday’s, a new weekly event with a featured Dynamax Pokémon.

Five Star Raids
November 2024 in Pokémon GO has some amazing Raids. Lugia will return with its unique move, Aeroblast. That means that every Lugia caught will already know its most powerful Attack, saving you having to use an Elite Charged TM.
The special moves don’t stop there. Both Origin Form Dialga and Palkia will be able to know their special Adventure Effect moves between November 18 and November 24. This isn’t guaranteed, but there is a chance. We originally expected to only have the two Wild Area event days to get this move, so it is nice to know we have more time.
Additionally, Tapu Koko and Nihilego will appear in special one off Raid Hours on November 19 and November 20.
Finally, no doubt as part of the Max Out: Finale event, we will have Zacian, Zamazenta, Regieleki and Regidrago in Raids. The two Regi’s were previously only inElite Raids, so this will be the best chance Trainers have had to add these Pokémon to their collection.
Mega Raids
November 2024 Mega Raids in Pokémon GO bring back a Mega Pokémon that we haven’t seen for some time in Mega Manectric. This will provide a great chance for newer players to get their hands on some Mega Energy for this Pokémon. We’re also going to have two different Mega Pokémon in rotation at the same time between November 18 and 27.
Shadow Raids
Pokémon GO Shadow Raids in November 2024 will seeShadow Suicuneback in Raids.
Other highlights this month
As always, there will be a range of Pokémon GO Spotlight Hours in Novemver 2024. Notably, one of the Pokémon featured this month is Combee. This Pokémon yields 750 Stardust per catch. This will be boosted to 1500 (2250 with a Star Piece) thanks to the 2x Catch Stardust bonus. The November 5 Spotlight Hour will have a 2x Transfer Candy, a great chance to clear out your storage.
