Season 1 of XDefiant launches on June 14, 2025. In typical gaming fashion, that date is a Tuesday. And with XDefiant updates and patches, we’ve seen a pattern where they arrive at 6 a.m. PT.

What to expect in Season 1
When the XDefiant Season 1 update goes live, you’ll be met with loads of new content. There will be a new Battle Pass with plenty of rewards to grind,a new Factioninspired by Rainbow Six, new weapons, new maps over time, and of course, the long-awaited ranked mode.
