The Futties promo has always been popular with the FIFA community, and it could arrive once more in EA FC 24.
With the Festival of Football season advancing into its second stage, many fans have been wondering about what’s next. The Euro and Copa America-inspired promos have been exciting and unique, but the game has entered its final phase of shelf-life. But before it all ends, the popular year-ending promo could once again arrive.
Has the Futties promo been announced for EA FC 24?
As of July 2, EA Sports has made no official announcements about what’s coming up next. The Greats of the Game promo is currently running, and it is expected to end on Friday, July 5. A new promo hasn’t yet been announced, but the cards for the Futties promo have been registered, as per rumors.
Earlier on July 1, reliable leaker FUT Scoreboard shared information about two distinct card designs. If the rumors turn out to be true, one of those designs belongs to the promo cards of active footballers. The other will be reserved for Futties Icons (that is if EA Sports introduces a new version of icons). Apart from these rumors, there has been absolutely no fresh development, official or not.
When will the Futties release in EA FC 24?
As mentioned earlier, an official date is unknown. There’s an outside chance that this promo could replace the Greats of the Game card on July 5, but that’s quite unlikely. Last year, the Shapeshifters promo was released in Ultimate Team. This time, I don’t believe that EA Sports will release a Shapeshifters promo inEA FC 24.
Moreover, two more promos related to International football are rumored. Nobody has any details regarding their exact structure and format, but they will certainly be released before Futties. Based on last year’s pattern, you should wait for at least two more weeks, and July 19 appears to be the likeliest date as of writing.
