Now, it has been announced that Trainers can get a head start on the Eggs avaliable for this years Global version of GO Fest. There will be special Pokémon in both 2 km and 5 km Eggs from Monday, June 23 at 10:00 a.m. This runs until the end of Sunday when GO Fest concludes.

This is an amazing line-up of Eggs, with some really unique Pokémon on offer. Of course, not everyone can afford a lot of Incubators, but it is worth doing as many Eggs as you can during the week.

This year, there isn’t a ticket with Egg related bonuses like a reduced hatch distance and increased Star Dust on offer. Instead, these bonuses are rolled into theGO Pass Deluxe: Ancients Recovered.

There are bonuses every 10 Levels, and also a bonus for just purchasing the Pass. Here are the Egg related ones.

So, if you plan to hatch a lot of Eggs during GO Fest Global, the Deluxe Pass is a good option.

What is in Eggs during Pokémon GO Fest Global?

Another change from previous years is that the special Eggs aren’t 7 km Eggs. This is a very welcome change, as you are limited on how many Gifts you can open and this takes valuable time to do. Instead, you’ll be getting special 2 km Eggs and 5 km Eggs during the week ahead of Pokémon GO Fest Global.

These Eggs have the same odds for shinies as during GO Fest weekend, boosted from normal Eggs.

Every single Pokémon in Eggs, besides Klefki, can be shiny. Several of the Pokémon in these Eggs are regional exclusives or locked behind higher distance Eggs. There will not be a better chance to get rare shinies like Skiddo, Pachirisu or Torkoal than this event.
