Is Rubius the next Fortnite Icon Series creator?
Is El Rubius getting a Fortnite skin?
It’s far too early to say whether or not El Rubius is getting a Fortnite skin, but it’s possible. According to reports, El Rubius announced a collaboration with Fortnite for some challenges. When asked by his chat whether he would be getting a skin, he smiled and declined to respond.
As the story develops, it’s important to closely watch Fortnite’s social media presence. If the game’s official channels start reposting El Rubius’s content or referencing catchphrases, that should serve as confirmation. Fortnite followed a similar formula in the build-up to Nick “NickEh30” Amyoony’srecent Icon Series collaboration.

In the cryptic video we mentioned earlier, El Rubius is depicted flipping the light switch in his room off and on. Upon closer inspection, a creepy Supply Llama appears and disappears with each flip of the switch. Although there’s not much to go on, pairing this video with El Rubius’s recent Fortnite vending machine video and intel from reputable leakers regarding a potential skin makes the evidence compelling.
